Ham & Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:
Crust
1 box Simple Mills Pizza Dough Mix
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons water
Filling:
8 eggs
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ white onion, diced
1 cup ham, chopped
2 cups spinach, finely chopped
Instructions:
PREHEAT oven to 350 F. grease a pie dish and set aside.
MIX together the ingredients for the crust and, using your hands, press the dough evenly into the pie (or quiche) dish and set aside.
WHISK together the eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
GENTLY stir the onion, ham, and spinach into the egg mixture until everything is evenly incorporated.
POUR the mixture into the prepared pie dish
BAKE for 30-35 minutes or until eggs have set.
ALLOW to rest for about 10 minutes upon serving.
