Paleo 3-Ingredient Baked Avocado Fries

If you don't think you could love avocado anymore then you haven't tried them in a French fry form yet.


2 eggs
1 box Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers of choosing
6 large avocados, skin removed and sliced



PREHEAT the oven to 350F.
WHISK the eggs in small bowl, and set aside.
ADD the crackers to a food processor, and process until small crumbles form.
ADD the crackers into a medium-sized ziplock bag (or stasher bag).
TAKE an avocado slice and dump it into the egg, making sure the entire slice is covered then add the slice to the bag, zip it up and shake it, making sure it’s coated evenly.
ADD the coated avocado slices to a large baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
BAKE for 10-12 minutes and enjoy with your favorite dip!
