Peppermint Planter Brownies

Peppermint Planter Brownies made with Crunchy Double Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

2 eggs
3 tbsp water 
1/2 cup melted butter or oil 
1/4-1/2 tsp peppermint extract, or to your liking 
Simple Mills Brownie Mix
Simple Mills Chocolate Frosting
Simple Mills Crunchy Double Chocolate Cookies, crumbled 
Mint Leaves

*Special props: 9 small terra cotta planters 

Instructions:

PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Cut out parchment paper into circles with a dimension that would fit the bottom of each planter. Place at the bottom of each planter to prevent from sticking and for the batter to pour out.
GREASE each planter with additional butter or oil. Place on a baking sheet.
WHISK together eggs, water, butter and peppermint. Add Simple Mills Brownie mix and incorporate.
DIVIDE the batter among the 9 planters.  
BAKE for 25 minutes (on the baking sheet) and let cool completely.
GARNISH each brownie with some chocolate frosting, crumbled up cookies and fresh mint leaves.
