Pumpkin Donuts with Vanilla Frosting

Donut Ingredients
1 box Simple Mills Pumpkin Muffin & Bread Mix
3 eggs
1 cup water
3 Tbsp coconut oil (melted & cooled)
1 tsp cinnamon
Maple Vanilla Frosting Ingredients
1 cup Simple Mills Organic Vanilla Frosting
3 Tbsp maple syrup
Topping Ingredients (optional)
Chopped pecans
Cinnamon sprinkles


PREHEAT oven to 350 F.
MIX all donut ingredients together in a large mixing bowl
POUR batter into greased donut pan about ¾ of the way full and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.  Let cool before icing
PREPARE the frosting while the donuts are cooling by mixing the frosting and maple syrup together until light and creamy
SPREAD frosting over each donut and top with desired toppings
