Pumpkin Sauce Pizza with Roasted Brussel Sprouts

With the delicious mix of roasted Brussel sprouts and pumpkin sauce, this pizza is the perfect fall dinner.
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 box Simple Mills Pizza Dough Mix
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp grapeseed or vegetable oil
6 tbsp water
For the Sauce:
1/2 can pumpkin puree
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Toppings:
Roasted Brussel sprouts
Pre-cooked chopped bacon
Pine nuts
Parmesan cheese
Balsamic vinegar
For the Roasted Brussel Sprouts:
1 cup Brussel sprouts
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
PREHEAT oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
RINSE Brussel sprouts in cool water, cut off stems, cut in half and arrange on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
POP the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until tender and bottoms are golden brown. Once done, set aside for topping the pizza.
MAKE Simple Mills Pizza Dough Mix according to instructions on the box.
BAKE crust for 5 minutes without any toppings.
MIX all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add sauce and desired toppings to top of pizza.
BAKE for an additional 15 minutes.
REMOVE from oven, slice and enjoy.
