S'mores Brownies

S'mores Brownies made with Almond Flour Brownie Mix Recipe


1/2 cup melted coconut oil
3 tbsp water
2 eggs
1 box Simple Mills Brownies
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/3 cup chopped chocolate
4-6 gluten-free graham crackers, broken into pieces



HEAT oven to 375ºF and line a 8”x8” pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
WHISK coconut oil, water and eggs in a large bowl.
ADD baking mix and stir until well combined.
SPREAD evenly into prepared pan; smooth top and bake for 20 minutes.
REMOVE from the oven and arrange marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers on top of the brownies.
RETURN to the oven for 5 minutes.
BROIL for 1 minute, standing close by to make sure the marshmallows do not burn.  
LET COOL for 30 minutes, cut into squares and enjoy.
