Thanksgiving Leftovers Charcuterie Board

Charcuterie Board, Snack Board, or Lunch Board - whatever you'd like to call it, this is the easiest way to use up all those Thanksgiving Leftovers. Whether you have crackers, turkey, fruit, veggies or sauces, add them to your board and enjoy for a perfect snack or grazing board. 


1 box Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix
3 eggs
¼ cup water
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 box Simple Mills Sprouted Seed Crackers
1 box Simple Mills Almond Flour Rosemary & Sea Salt Crackers

1 bunch red and green grapes
2 – 3 varieties of charcuterie
½ lb left-over turkey
2 – 3 varieties of cheese
¼ cup apple butter

Other great items to add: Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Nuts, Leftover Dips, and really anything else you'd like to add!


PREHEAT oven to 350 F
MIX the eggs, water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix in a bowl with a hand-mixer until no flour clumps remain
POUR batter into loaf pan
BAKE for 45 – 50 minutes until the top turns a golden brown
ASSEMBLE the charcuterie and cheese board by first laying out the grapes and cheeses and the apple butter in a small bowl.  Place the charcuterie and left-over turkey in the empty spaces.  Fill the remainder of the board with Simple Mills Sprouted Seed Crackers, Simple Mills Almond Flour Rosemary & Sea Salt Crackers, and slices of the baked Simple Mills Artisan Bread
