Vanilla Cake with Rhubarb Ribbons

2 boxes of Simple Mills Vanilla Cake Mix (You will need ingredients listed on the back of box)
2 Containers of Simple Mills Vanilla Frosting
Fresh Rhubarb
Fresh Raspberries
Thyme (optional)


FOLLOW the instructions on the box to make 2 Simple Mills Vanilla Cake Mixes into 4 6” cakes
LAYER Simple Mills Vanilla Frosting in between and on top
ADD fresh raspberries within the frosting and around the cake
USE a vegetable peeler to create “rhubarb ribbons” and drape over the top of the cake
TOP the cake with fresh greenery such as thyme (optional)


*To make rhubarb ribbons peel the outer skin of the rhubarb into long strips
*You can use them fresh like seen in photo above, or you can candy them by coating in sugar + water and baking them in the oven
