Almond Flour Bagels

1 box Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix
2 eggs
½ cup water
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp olive oil
Optional Flavors:
Everything bagel seasoning
Coconut sugar + cinnamon
Topping Ideas:
Nut Butter + Banana
Figs + Cream Cheese + Honey
Butter + Jam
Cream Cheese + Cucumbers + Radishes
Fried Egg + Avocado + Tomato


PREHEAT oven to 350 F and lightly grease two donut pans. If making flavored bagels, sprinkle seasonings to stick to the walls of the pan. Set aside.
ADD eggs, water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to a large bowl. Whisk until combined. Add Simple Mills Artisan Bread mix.
MIX until well incorporated.
FILL each donut mold ¾ full with the batter, about up to the center hole.
TOP with seasonings of choice.
BAKE for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
REMOVE bagels from oven, and let cool completely.
SLICE bagels in half, lightly toast and serve with your favorite toppings.
