Information You Give Us

Information that We Receive Automatically

Pixel Tags / Web Beacons
Pages of our Website and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs. pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email. We may also use these web beacons for other related Website statistics (e.g., recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity).

Rights Regarding your Information

Requests for Customer Reviews and Feedback

Based on the definition of “sell” and “share” under the CCPA and under current regulatory guidance, we do not believe we engage in such activity and have not engaged in such activity in the past twelve months. If we ever offer any financial incentives in exchange for your personal information, we will provide you with appropriate information about such incentives.
The CCPA also allows you to limit the use or disclosure of your “sensitive personal information” (as defined in the CCPA) if your sensitive personal information is used for certain purposes. Please note, in the limited circumstances that we process sensitive personal information (such as usernames in combination with passwords) as defined in the CCPA, we do not use or disclose it other than for disclosed and permitted business purposes for which there is not a right to limit under the CCPA.
California law permits customers who are California residents to request certain information once per year regarding our disclosure of “personal information” (as that term is defined under applicable California law) to third parties for such third parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
We have implemented measures designed to secure our Website and Services from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Please note we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request. Once verified, we will maintain your request in the event our practices change.
Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information on the Website or through the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Services. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
