PREHEAT oven to 350ºF.
SIMMER cranberries, maple syrup, and orange juice in a small saucepan for 25-30 minutes.
LINE a baking sheet with parchment paper and place brie in the center.
BAKE brie for 10-15 minutes or until soft.
REMOVE from oven and let rest for 5 minutes to firm up.
TRANSFER baked brie to a serving dish.
POUR cranberry compote over the brie and garnish with crushed pistachios.
