Ingredients

Brownies
1 box Simple Mills Brownie Mix
1/2 cup oil
3 tbsp water
2 eggs

Cookies
1 box Simple Mills Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
3 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp melted coconut oil

Instructions

PREHEAT oven to 400ºF and line a square baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
PREPARE brownies and cookies according to instructions on the boxes.
TOP brownies with uncooked Simple Mills cookies.Gently press them into the brownie batter.
BAKE browniesfor 25 minutes.
LET cool and cutinto 9 or 16 squares.
