ADD chicken strips and
Tessemae’s Hot Buffalo Sauce to a large Ziploc bag. Shake to distribute. Seal the bag and marinate overnight.
The next day:
PREHEAT oven to 425ºF and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly grease. Set aside.
ADD egg to a medium bowl. Whisk.
TRANSFER Simple Mills mix to a shallow bowl, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
DIP each piece of chicken into the egg mixture then into the artisan bread mix. Place on to the prepared baking sheet.
BAKE for 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking time.
