Cannellini Lemon Dip

Cannellini Lemon Dip made with Himalayan Salt Veggie Pita Crackers Recipe


1 1/2 cups cannellini beans
2 tbsp chopped preserved lemon (with peels), plus more for garnish
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp fresh dill, plus more for garnish
2 tbsp extra virgin oil
1 tbsp preserved lemon juice (from the jar)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 box Simple Mills Himalayan Salt Veggie Pita Crackers


ADD all ingredients but the crackers to a food processor and blend until smooth.
TASTE and adjust seasonings to your liking by adding more dill, lemon juice or salt and pepper. If you would like your dip to be runnier, just add water or more olive oil, one tablespoon at a time, blending in between additions.
GARNISH with chopped fresh dill and more chopped preserved lemons.
SERVE with Simple Mills Himalayan Salt Crackers.
