ADD roasted cauliflower, tahini, garlic, water, lemon juice, olive oil and salt to a food processor or a blender. Blend until smooth. Season with pepper, to taste.
GARNISH with small roasted cauliflower florets, a drizzle of olive oil, sunflower seeds, chopped parsley and a crack of pepper.
