Chickpea & Spring Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients:Spiced Sprouted Chickpeas
1 1/2 cup sprouted chickpeas
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dried minced onion
1 small bundle asparagus
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 box Simple Mills Pizza Dough Mix
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
6 tbsp water
1/4 cup Sprouted Sunflower Seed & Kale Pesto
Instructions:PREHEAT oven to 400ºF and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
ADD all spiced sprouted chickpeas ingredients to a small bowl and toss to combine. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
BAKE for 15 minutes.
TAKE out of the oven, move the chickpeas around and arrange the asparagus next to them. Drizzle asparagus with a bit of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
RETURN the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
REMOVE from the oven and drizzle asparagus with lemon juice. Set aside.
WHISK apple cider vinegar, oil and water in a large bowl. Add Simple Mills Pizza Dough Mix. Stir until a dough forms.
PLACE on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten out the dough and form a circle. Bake for 15 minutes.
