Chocolate Cashew Cream

1 cup raw, unsalted cashews

⅓ cup full-fat coconut milk

3 tbs maple syrup

2 tbs cocoa powder, dutch processed

1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt



SOAK cashews in water for at least 3 hours or overnight.

STRAIN AND RINSE the cashews and add to a food processor or blender.

PULSE on low speed to break up the cashews.

ADD coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to a glass measuring cup and whisk until combined.

POUR the coconut milk mixture into the food processor or blender slowly and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.

ADD the cocoa powder and blend until creamy. 

SERVE immediately with Simple Mills Creamy Peanut Butter Nut Butter Stuffed Sandwich Cookies
