CUT each bacon strip into four pieces.
COOK in a frying pan or the oven until crisp (*for frying pan or oven directions)
TEAR AND FOLD butter lettuce into small pieces that will fit on the cracker.
SLICE tomatoes into ¼ inch slices and lay on a paper towel to blot.
ASSEMBLE BLT bites by spreading a generous layer of avocado mayonnaise on one side of the cracker, top with lettuce, then tomato, then bacon.
GARNISH with your choice of toppings. Feel free to get creative!
SERVE immediately.
Stovetop directions:
If cooking bacon over the stovetop, heat the pan over medium heat. Add the bacon pieces when the pan is heated up. Cook while regularly flipping to ensure the bacon doesn't burn. After the bacon is finished frying, rest on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
*Oven directions:
Preheat the oven to 375℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Evenly place the cut bacon. Cook for 10-15 minutes. After bacon is done baking in the oven, rest on a paper towel to drain excess fat.
