PREHEAT oven to 350 F.
PULSE cookies of choice in a food processor until fine. Use 1 box for a full 6-inch pie crust or a 9-inch bottom-only pie crust. For a 9-inch pie crust with the edges, you’ll need 1 ½ boxes (approx. 3 cups of cookies). You can also use a ziplock bag and break up the cookies with a rolling pin.
ADD the melted butter and pulse again a few times until the mixture resembles wet sand.
PRESS the cookie crumbs into a pie dish with the back of a measuring cup. Use the measuring cup to push the crumbs along the walls of the pie dish if making a crust with edges.
BAKE the pie crust in the oven for 8 minutes. Let cool before adding your favorite pie filling!
