Take our Sweet Thins to the next level by dunking them in dark chocolate and freezing for later. A cool, sweet treat that won't weigh you down.
2 bars of high-quality dark chocolate (70% or darker)
1 box Simple Mills Mint Chocolate Sweet Thins
PREPARE a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
BREAK chocolate bar into pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
MICROWAVE in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each round. This will take between 2-4 times until the chocolate melts completely.
DIP Simple Mills Mint Chocolate Sweet Thins in chocolate and place on the parchment paper to dry.
GARNISH with drizzled chocolate.
STORE in the freezer for a cool treat or in a container at room temperature.
