Instructions
HEAT oven to 400°F for a light-colored pan, 375°F for a dark colored or glass pan
GREASE pan, set aside
MIX the melted butter or oil and water together ina large bowl
WHISK the eggs
ADD baking mix and stir untill well combined
SPREAD evenly into prepared pan
HEAT dark chocolate in microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds or untill soft and whisk untill smooth
BAKE for 25 minutes for 8"x8" pan or 20 minutes for 9"x9" pan.
DRIZZLE melted dark chocolate on top of brownies after baking
SPRINKLE himalayan sea salt on top
