Double Chocolate Brownies

Two is better than one, especially when it comes to chocolate, so why bake a batch of basic chocolate brownies when you can make Double Chocolate Brownies instead?

Ingredients:

For Wet Ingredients:
3 eggs
6 Tbsp butter or ghee
1 Tbsp vanilla

For Dry Ingredients:
1 box Simple Mills Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix
3/4 cup coconut sugar or sugar of your choice
Optional: 1/2 cup gluten/dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

PREHEAT oven to 350°F (for cakier brownies) or 375°F (for denser brownies)
MIX all wet ingredients in a large bowl
ADD in Simple Mills Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix and sugar
SPREAD mix evenly into a greased 9x9 pan
COOK for 30 minutes at 350°F or 20 minutes at 375°F
