PREHEAT oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
LINE up your
Simple Mills crackers on the prepared baking sheet, forming a rectangle. Set aside.
ADD butter and brown sugar to a small saucepan and melt over medium heat, stirring regularly. Once melted, increase heat to high and boil for 2 minutes.
POUR mixture onto the crackers. Carefully spread using a rubber spatula.
BAKE for 6 minutes then let cool completely.
SPREAD vanilla frosting onto the toffee and garnish with sprouted pumpkin seeds and natural sprinkles.
REFRIGERATE until the frosting is completely set. Break into pieces and enjoy.
