2 eggs 2 tbsp water 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 4 tbsp olive oil 1 box Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix Chives Cherry tomatoes, halved Mini bell peppers, sliced Basil Capers Red onion, sliced Pepitas Black and white sesame seeds Coarse salt Black pepper
WHISK eggs, water, apple cider vinegar and olive oil into a bowl. Add Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix and combine. Set aside for 5 minutes. TRANSFER dough onto a parchment-lined baking pan and form a rectangle. If the dough starts sticking to your hands, you can oil them with some olive oil. PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. DECORATE your flatbread by using the chives as the flowers’ stems, cherry tomatoes and bell peppers as the flower themselves, basil as leaves and capers as flower centers. Add red onion slices and pepitas to add texture to the bottom of your flatbread and sprinkle some sesame seeds, coarse salt and pepper to finish. BAKE in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy immediately.
