Grain Free Breadsticks

For the Breadsticks:
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp water
1 box Simple Mills Pizza Dough mix
Italian style Topping
1 tbsp Italian seasoning Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce 1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp grated garlic
1 large ripe avocado Juice of 1/2 lime
1/4 cup cilantro 1 garlic clove
1/2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste Pinch of cayenne (optional)
PREHEAT oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. WHISK the eggs, then add the oil, apple cider vinegar and water in a large mixing bowl.
STIR in the bread mix. Let sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
PLACE dough on the prepared baking sheet. Use the palm of your hand and your finger tips to flatten into a rectangle.
CUT the dough horizontally in half and vertically into 1 inch strips using a pizza cutter. SEASON half of the dough with the Italian style toppings and the other half with the Cheesy toppings.
BAKE for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the bread sticks might have stuck together so take out of the oven and using a pizza cutter, cut into strips, following the original cuts.
BAKE for another 2-5 minutes or until perfectly golden. Serve warm along with your
favorite dipping sauces.
PLACE all ingredients in the blender and blend until homogeneous.
TRANSFER to a small saucepan and cook on medium-low for 15 minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve lukewarm.
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until you reached your desired consistency. Blend shortly for a chunkier sauce and longer for a smoother sauce.
Taste and adjust seasonings, adding cayenne if desired.
Tips:To avoid the dough from sticking to your hands, wet your hands with cold water.
