Greek Nachos made with Himalayan Salt Veggie Pita Crackers Recipe


1 box Simple Mills Himalayan Salt Pita Crackers
1 tsp avocado oil
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup ground vegan meat, frozen or thawed *
1 tbsp tamari
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Pepper, to taste
1/2 cup sliced and quartered cucumber
1/2 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese (or use dairy free feta)
1/3 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Crack of pepper, for garnish
Zaatar, for garnish (optional)


TRANSFER Simple Mills Himalayan Salt Pita Crackers onto a serving plate. Set aside.
HEAT a pan on medium heat. Once hot, add avocado oil and onion and sauté until the onion is translucent.
ADD garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
ADD vegan ground meat along with tamari, balsamic vinegar, oregano, smoked paprika and pepper. Toss everything together and cook until your meat is browned. Remove from the heat.
TOP Simple Mills Himalayan Salt Pita with ground meat, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, red onion, mint and dill. Finish off your plate with a crack of pepper and zaatar, if desired.
