1.5 teaspoons matcha
2 Tablespoons hot water
1 C vegan vanilla ice cream
1 C coconut milk
Handful of Mint Chocolate Sweet Thins (more to top)
1 Tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Dash of peppermint extract
Dairy-free whipped cream
WHISK the matcha and hot water together to remove any clumps.
ADD the ice cream, coconut milk, matcha, Mint Chocolate Sweet Thins, maple syrup, and peppermint extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
POUR the shakes into two 8 oz glasses and top with whipped cream and crumbled up Sweet Thins. Serve & enjoy!
