1 box Simple Mills Original Organic Seed Flour Crackers
5 garlic cloves
1 cup fresh basil
1 cup sundried tomatoes in oil, drained
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Ricotta cheese *


ADD garlic, basil, sundried tomatoes, salt and pepper into a food processor and pulse until all ingredients are finely chopped.
TASTE and adjust seasonings to your liking.
GARNISH each Simple Mills cracker with 2 teaspoons of ricotta and top with a teaspoon of pesto.
ENJOY immediately.
