Quick and easy to make, this Roasted Jalapeno Avocado Salsa is full of fresh flavor and pairs perfectly with a box of our Fine Ground Sea Salt Almond Crackers.
Instructions:
PREHEAT the broiler and line a small baking sheet with foil.
SLICE the stems from the jalapeños, slice the vertically in half and scrape the seeds out.
PLACE the jalapeños open side down on the baking sheet and roast for 4-5 minutes until they are charred and the skin is blistered.
LET COOL and finely dice.
TOSS together the avocados, tomatoes, onions, lime juice, cilantro, and sea salt. Gently fold in the diced and roasted jalepenos in a bowl, and enjoy with Simple Mills Crackers!
