Take a bite of spring with this yummy cracker bite recipe
Instructions:
ADD peas, olive oil, mint, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a bowl.
MASH using a fork, leaving some peas intact. Taste and adjust seasonings.
TOP each cracker with two slices of radishes, the mashed peas and a crack of pepper.
SERVE immediately.
