Spring Pea, Mint & Radish Cracker Bites made with Original Sprouted Seed Crackers Recipe


1 box Simple Mills Original Organic Seed Flour Crackers
1 cup spring peas
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
5 fresh radishes, thinly sliced


ADD peas, olive oil, mint, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a bowl.
MASH using a fork, leaving some peas intact. Taste and adjust seasonings.
TOP each cracker with two slices of radishes, the mashed peas and a crack of pepper.
SERVE immediately.
