ADD berries, dates and lemon juice to a saucepan and heat on medium for 5-8 minutes or until the berries are starting to breakdown and the mixture starts bubbling.
REDUCE heat to low and cook for an additional 5 minutes, mixing the jam mixture frequently to prevent from sticking and burning.
ONCE the berries have completely broken down, blend the mixture using an immersion blender. Let cool for 10 minutes.
ADD chia seeds and mix to incorporate.
LET cool completely, transfer to a mason jar and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
