Summer Fruit Bruschetta

Summer Fruit Bruschetta made with Almond Flour Baking Mix Artisan Bread Recipe


3 eggs
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 box Simple Mills Artisan Bread
2 tbsp sesame seeds
4 cups berries (use a mix of halved raspberries, halved blackberries and chopped strawberries)
4 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar (regular or white)
2 tbsp maple syrup, or more, to taste
1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
Pinch of salt
Crumbled dairy free cheese


PREHEAT oven to 350ºF and grease a 8.5x4.5 loaf pan with olive oil.
PREPARE Simple Mills Artisan Bread according to packaging instruction, garnishing the loaf with sesame seeds before baking in the oven.
LET cool completely before slicing.
TOAST each slice before serving, either in the oven or the toaster.
ADD berries, basil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, pepper and salt to a bowl. Mix to combine.
GARNISH toast with berry mix and finish it off with a bit of crumbled dairy free cheese. Enjoy immediately.


The berry mixture is best fresh so if you plan on only making a couple of bruschettas, divide the recipe accordingly.
Top each toast right before eating it to avoid soggy bread.
