Thai Peanut Dip made with Roasted Red Pepper Veggie Pita Crackers Recipe

Ingredients:

Dip ingredients
1 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
1/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup filtered water
2-3 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp tamari
1/4 tsp salt
 
Toppings
Chopped dry roasted peanuts
Red chili flakes
Fresh chili peppers, sliced
Fresh coriander
 
1 box Simple Mills Roasted Pepper Veggie Pita Crackers

Instructions:

ADD all dip ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
TASTE and adjust seasonings to your liking by adding more lime juice, sriracha or tamari.
GARNISH with chopped roasted peanuts, chili flakes, fresh chilis and coriander.
SERVE with Simple Mills Roasted Pepper Veggie Pita Crackers.
