Vegan Homemade Cookie Butter made with Crunchy Toasted Pecan Cookies Recipe


1 box Simple Mills Crunchy Toasted Pecan Cookies

1/4 cup unsweetened plant based milk

2 tbsp soft coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract


ADD cookies into a blender or a food processor.* Blend until a fine texture is obtained.

ADD milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. If you are looking for a runnier butter, add a little more milk or coconut oil.

ENJOY with Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers and apples.

KEEP in the fridge in an airtight container.


*  If you are hesitating between using a blender or a food processor, note that a blender will yield a smoother cookie butter than a food processor.
