Green Goddess Smoothie

Cool off this Summer with a refreshing Smoothie Bowl topped with our Soft Baked Bars. 


1 avocado , peeled and diced
1 cup packed spinach
1 cup packed kale
½ cup frozen mango
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1 date
1 tbsp collagen protein (optional)
1 Simple Mills Dark Chocolate Almond Soft-Baked Bar
1/2 thinly sliced banana, for topping
1 tbsp chia seeds, for topping
2 tbsp coconut flakes, for topping


COMBINE all smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender.
BLEND until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed, about 2 minutes.
POUR the blended smoothie into two bowls.
CRUMBLE the Dark Chocolate Almond Soft-Baked Bar over top of the bowls.
GARNISH with banana slices, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.
