Made these in a pinch right before leaving for vacation. So fast to make and totally delicious - suuuper moist (I used vegetable oil because I was in too much of a hurry to deal with warming the coconut oil to a liquid). I’ve had them in Tupperware for 2 days and they are still fresh and yummy. Lastly, next time I try them I’m going to light grease the muffin cups too - they do stick to the paper so I’ve had to scrape out more muffin than regular recipes. Thanks Simple Mills! Another great product!

I tried this for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was every bit as good as my regular pumpkin bread recipe. I switched out the oil called for with applesauce, as I always do when ever possible. My husband who is not gluten sensitive really liked it. Will be making again and again!

This mix makes the easiest and Best gluten-free gingerbread! Just add molasses, gingerbread spices, grated orange peel and about a cup of chopped candied ginger and voila! Delicious plain or frosted!

I made a loaf of bread. The product did not rise. It is
a very dense bread. It had a odd taste. I used canola oil. It called for grapeseed, coconut or unknown. I only had avocado, olive or canola oil. I'm unsure if this is common this brand or all GF,VF baking options.
